Payment Timing: All appointments are charged at booking to secure your spot.
Cancellations / Reschedules: Please provide 48 hours notice to avoid fees.
Late Cancel / No-Show Fee: 50% of service fee (if less than 48 hrs notice).
Refunds: Full refund if canceled before 48 hrs.
